Mitzi Lou's is a sister company of Southern Ohio Adventures Recreation. (SOAR)
SOAR serves the disabled in a Vocational/Habilitation setting in Vinton County and decided to expand to Athens County. In doing that, Mitzi Lou's was started to give individuals with developmental disabilities the experience and knowledge to get out into the world and become as independent as they possibly can.
